2. Academic Portal & Results Access
Our Class IX and XI Annual Examination Results search gateways are reserved exclusively for authorized students, parents, guardians, and designated educators. Attempting to access grades or credentials via database injection, automated script scanning, or brute-forcing roll numbers is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of cybersecurity standards and academic integrity rules.
3. Mandatory Public Disclosures
In compliance with standard CBSE Affiliation Bye-laws (Appendix IX), documents such as Fire Safety, Building Stability, and Sanitation Clearance certificates are published for transparency and public auditing. While the school guarantees that all uploaded documents are active and self-attested, downloading these documents for commercial repackaging or modification is illegal.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All custom-designed graphics, typography structures, school magazines (annual, cultural, and sports editions), student essays, principal messages, and custom codebase integrations are the exclusive intellectual property of PM SHRI Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Rangpo, Sikkim. Unauthorized distribution or copying of the custom codebase is legally restricted.
5. Limitation of Technical Liability
PM SHRI Govt. Sr. Sec. School integrates high-end security and server measures to ensure network reliability. However, the school shall not be held liable for temporary database/hosting service outages (Supabase, Vercel edge CDNs) or errors arising from unverified network transfers on user devices.
Compliance Verification
By maintaining these terms, PM SHRI Govt. Sr. Sec. School protects student safety in accordance with the Central Board of Secondary Education. Any violation of these codes will result in immediate termination of digital portal privileges and may be reported to municipal, state, or national regulatory authorities if laws are broken.
